Commission is held for 30 days after each customer payment clears, which covers refunds. After that it moves to Available. Payouts go out on the 1st of each month once your available balance is at least $50; anything under that rolls into the next month. Send an invoice and the transfer goes out on the same schedule.
Payouts are sent by PayPal for the invoiced amount. PayPal's own fees come out of the transfer, so what lands is slightly under the figure above. That is how it works in both directions and is worth knowing before the first one arrives.

Attribution is stored in the browser that clicked your link. It will not carry across if they opened the link on a phone and signed up on a laptop, used private browsing, or cleared their browser data in between. Signing up through your own link does not count either.
That is a page problem, not an audience problem, and it is worth telling us about, because it is ours to fix. The reverse — few clicks, decent signups — means the offer works and the audience is not seeing it.
